- Develop a sense of neighborhood community
- Build neighborhood pride
- Maintain Common Areas for all to use
- Increase the level of neighborhood cooperation
- Develop lines of communication with our developer, and our city government
- Serve as an advocate for the Association Members
- Promote community involvement in neighborhood planning, traffic control and area development
